Vedh Electronics has been handling TV repair services in Hyderabad for several years now. Most of our work comes from customers who simply want their TV fixed without unnecessary delay or confusion. Because of that, we've always tried to keep our service simple, honest, and reliable.
As more service requests come in, we're looking to bring a few more people into the team. We don't run a large corporate setup here — the team is small, and everyone's work directly affects how customers experience our service.

Open Positions
Telecaller/Customer Support
We are looking for someone who can handle customer calls and help manage service bookings. Many customers call us when their LED, LCD, or Smart TV stops working, so the first conversation matters. Your role will mainly involve answering incoming calls, noting down the customer's issue, and scheduling a service visit for one of our technicians. Sometimes you may also need to call customers back to confirm appointments or provide basic updates. This role is suitable for someone who speaks clearly, stays patient while handling calls, and can keep things organized while coordinating service requests.
Field Service TV Technician
We are also hiring a Field Service TV Technician who can attend doorstep TV repair calls across Hyderabad. The work mainly involves visiting the customer's location, checking the problem with their TV, and carrying out the repair whenever possible. Experience with LED and Smart TV repairs will definitely help in this role. Since technicians travel between service calls during the day, having your own bike is required.
