Return & Exchange Policy
Terms and conditions for product returns and exchanges.

1. Policy Overview
Vedh Electronics offers a limited return/exchange window under strict conditions. This policy applies to products purchased directly from us. All returns and exchanges are subject to our verification and approval.
10-Day Return Window
Returns/exchanges are considered only within 10 days from purchase date.
IMPORTANT: After 10 days from purchase, NO returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind will be offered. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
ALL of the following conditions must be met for a return/exchange to be considered:
Unused & Unopened
Product must be completely unused and in original sealed condition
Original Packaging
All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Proof of Purchase
Original invoice/receipt is mandatory โ no exceptions
No Physical Damage
Product must have no signs of damage, wear, or customer mishandling
Failure to meet ANY of these conditions will result in automatic rejection of your return request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale/Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or with discounts
- Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Installed Components: Parts that have been installed or fitted
- Custom Orders: Items ordered specifically for your device
- Opened Products: Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Used Products: Items showing any signs of use
- Perishables: Flowers, eatables, and consumable items
- Digital Products: Software, licenses, or digital downloads
- Services: Repair services, installation, or labor charges
- Products Without Packaging: Items returned without original packaging
Non-returnable items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to verify return eligibility before purchase.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
Only products found to be defective or damaged upon delivery may be eligible for replacement (not refund). The following conditions apply:
4.1 Reporting Requirements
- Report damage/defects within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs/videos as evidence
- Do NOT use or attempt to repair the product
- Retain all original packaging for inspection
4.2 Verification Process
Claims will be verified by our team and/or the manufacturer. We reserve the right to:
- Inspect the product before approving replacement
- Reject claims that cannot be verified
- Reject claims for damage caused after delivery
- Offer repair instead of replacement at our discretion
4.3 Replacement Only
Defective/damaged items are eligible for replacement only, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
5. Return Process
5.1 Initiating a Return
- Email us within 10 days of purchase with invoice number and detailed reason
- Include clear photographs of the product in current condition
- Await authorization โ do NOT ship without approval
- Upon approval, ship the product as per our instructions
- Include invoice copy inside the package
5.2 Unauthorized Returns
Products shipped without prior authorization will be refused at our facilityand returned to sender at sender's expense. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.
5.3 Inspection & Decision
Upon receipt, products will be inspected. We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria
- Return rejected products to you at your expense
- Deduct value for missing items, damage, or signs of use
6. Return Shipping
6.1 Shipping Responsibility
- Defective/Damaged (our error): We cover return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer bears all return shipping costs
- Wrong Item (our error): We cover return shipping
6.2 Packaging Requirements
- Use original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Ensure product is secure to prevent transit damage
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
- Products damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging will be rejected
6.3 Shipping Insurance
We recommend insuring return shipments. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during return shipping arranged by you.
7. Exchange Policy
7.1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only permitted for the same product (size/color variation) or equivalent value replacement, subject to availability and meeting all return eligibility requirements.
7.2 Price Differences
- Higher Value Item: Pay the difference
- Lower Value Item: Receive store credit for difference (no cash refund)
7.3 Exchange Not Available
If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we may offer store credit. Refunds for unavailable exchanges are at our sole discretion.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products with manufacturer warranty, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. We can assist in facilitating the process but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
9. Final Provisions
- All return/exchange decisions are at our sole discretion and are final
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who abuse this policy
- Fraudulent return claims may result in legal action and permanent ban
- This policy supersedes any verbal commitments
- Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice
