1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Vedh Electronics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a service, or engaging our services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Our Services

Vedh Electronics provides TV repair, maintenance, and related electronic services including:

• LED, LCD, OLED, QLED, and Smart TV repairs
• Screen/panel assessment and replacement
• Motherboard, power supply, and component repairs
• Software troubleshooting and updates
• Doorstep and in-center service options

Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

3. Service Terms & Conditions

3.1 Inspection Fee

A non-refundable inspection fee of ₹299 applies to all service calls. This fee covers diagnosis and is payable regardless of whether you proceed with repairs. The fee may be adjusted against repair costs at our discretion.

3.2 Estimates & Approval

• Estimates are valid for 7 days and are subject to parts availability
• Final costs may vary from estimates if additional issues are discovered
• You must provide written or verbal approval before we proceed with repairs
• Unapproved work will not be performed, but inspection fees remain payable

3.3 Repair Timelines

Repair timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, technical complexity, or factors beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from repair delays.

3.4 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, and net banking
• Advance payment may be required for parts orders
• Outstanding balances may accrue interest at 18% per annum
• We reserve the right to retain devices until full payment is received

4. Limited Warranty

4.1 Warranty Period

We provide a limited warranty of up to 365 days on repairs, subject to the specific warranty period stated on your invoice. Warranty covers only the specific repair performed.

4.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from external factors
• Power surge, lightning, or electrical fluctuation damage
• Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Software issues (unless specifically covered in repair scope)
• Devices with broken or tampered warranty seals
• Failure to follow our care instructions
• Acts of God, accidents, or misuse

4.3 Warranty Claims

To claim warranty, you must present the original invoice. We reserve the right to inspect the device and determine warranty eligibility at our sole discretion. Warranty service may be repair or replacement at our option.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree to:

• Backup all data before service — we are NOT responsible for data loss
• Provide accurate information about device issues and service history
• Disclose any previous repairs, modifications, or known defects
• Ensure safe, accessible premises for doorstep services
• Be available or have an authorized representative present during service
• Collect repaired devices within 30 days of completion notice
• Pay all charges promptly as agreed

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6.2 Exclusion of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, programs, or information
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of use or device downtime
• Cost of substitute equipment or services
• Any damages arising from delays

6.3 No Liability For

• Pre-existing defects or conditions not caused by our repair
• Third-party products, parts, or services
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
• Customer negligence or failure to follow instructions

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedh Electronics, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Any inaccurate information you provided

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.1 Third-Party Trademarks

All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website (including but not limited to Sony, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Philips, TCL, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Vu, and other manufacturers) are the property of their respective owners.

Vedh Electronics is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any of the manufacturers whose products we service. The use of these trademarks is solely for the purpose of identifying the brands and products we service and does not imply any relationship with the trademark owners.

9. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled service
• Cancellation after technician dispatch incurs a minimum ₹199 visit charge
• Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal or advance payment requirements
• Parts ordered on your request are non-refundable once ordered

We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion, including for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or if we determine the repair is not feasible.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

10.3 Limitation Period

Any claim arising from our services must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of the event giving rise to the claim, or be forever barred.

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vedh Electronics
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our written consent
• Notices: We may provide notices via email, website, or SMS to your registered contact
