Terms governing the shipping and delivery of your orders.

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery terms for orders placed with Vedh Electronics. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through:
- Registered domestic courier companies
- India Post Speed Post
The shipping method is selected at our discretion based on delivery location, product type, and operational efficiency. Specific carrier requests may not be accommodated.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
3.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from:
- Date of order confirmation, OR
- Date of successful payment, OR
- As per delivery date agreed at order confirmation

IMPORTANT: Delivery timelines are estimates only and NOT guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on courier/postal service performance and is subject to their terms and conditions. Vedh Electronics shall NOT be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.
4. Delivery Address
4.1 Customer Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure:
- Address is complete, accurate, and deliverable
- Pin code is correct
- Contact number is active and reachable
- Someone is available to receive the package
4.2 Address Errors
We are NOT responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping.
4.3 Address Changes
- Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible
- Changes after dispatch are NOT possible
- Additional charges may apply for address corrections
4.4 Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts will incur re-shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
5.2 Non-Refundable
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, except where the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product shipped). This includes:
- Order cancellations after dispatch
- Returns for any reason
- Refused deliveries
- Undeliverable packages
5.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to terms specified during promotion. Free shipping does not apply to re-shipping, returns, or exchange shipping.
6. Service Area
6.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to serviceable pin codes within India only. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Serviceability is determined by our courier partners.
6.2 International Shipping
We do NOT currently offer international shipping. All orders must have delivery addresses within India.
6.3 Local Delivery (Hyderabad)
Customers in Hyderabad and surrounding areas may have access to doorstep TV repair services. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select products subject to availability.
7. Delivery Delays & Liability
7.1 No Liability for Delays
Vedh Electronics shall NOT be liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by:
- Courier company or postal authority delays
- Natural calamities, weather conditions, or acts of God
- Strikes, civil disturbances, or law-and-order situations
- Public holidays and festivals
- Remote area accessibility issues
- Customs or regulatory clearances
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
7.2 No Compensation
We do not offer compensation, refunds, or credits for shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not binding commitments.
8. Delivery Confirmation
8.1 Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS after dispatch. You can track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
8.2 Proof of Delivery
Signature or OTP confirmation by any person at the delivery address constitutes valid proof of delivery. We are not responsible for packages accepted by household members, neighbors, or building security.
9. Inspection at Delivery
9.1 Customer Obligation
You are responsible for:
- Inspecting the package BEFORE accepting delivery
- Refusing visibly damaged packages
- Noting damage on delivery receipt if accepting damaged package
- Inspecting product immediately upon opening
9.2 Damage Reporting
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be entertained. Damage due to customer handling after delivery is not covered.
10. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and building security
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery status
- We will investigate with the courier partner
Resolution depends on courier investigation outcome. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of order placement applies to that order.
